14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Conditions
♡ Items must be in the same condition in which you received them.
♡ Products must be unworn, unused, and include all original tags.
♡ Items must be returned in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at kimistudio@proton.me or send a message via instagram. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at kimistudio@proton.me so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund, then place a separate order for the new item once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
♡ If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
♡ Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
